I‘m Just Going to Write X – Healing Depressive Cycles in the Black Feminine Body

Here is my Voice Post / Voice Note from this nice long walk in BK this rising—from Crown Heights to Downtown/Atlantic Terminal.

I speak on how my mood is lifted from the depressive state it’s been in and how herbs, exercise and Spiritual rituals can help to prevent these cycles even when triggered.

If you want to make your next cycle your best cycle as I talked about in the recording, join me and my students for Wellness Wednesdays.

If you are in need of whole mind-body-Spirit elevation in high-vibrational community, start with us this Wednesday and get a sample of the Rising Rituals, Co-Working & Wellness Wind-down as experienced during the quarterly 21 Days to Liberated Habits.

Easiest way is to join the ‘Soulmedicine Member’ level of my Patreon here. But I will let you in even if you’re at the ‘Soulmedicine Reader’ level by then. Sending you much love!
